AGM Agenda:

1. Report by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors;
2. Presentation of financial statements;
3. Appoint the Auditor;
4. Presentation of nominations committee report;
5. Election of Directors;
6. Review the Code of Conduct for Volunteers, EDA Staff and Campaign Staff;
7. Other business as required;
8. Presentation of election readiness plan.

(After the AGM, prior to the DSM, a brief meeting will be conducted to elect the EDA executive.)

Individuals wishing vote for or become a Member of the Board of Directors or a Delegate must be an active member as of March 21, 2023 (21 days prior to meeting date).

Additionally, those seeking to be Delegates must satisfy all the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules and Procedures for Delegate Selection Meetings.
